All ugliness aside, it is going to include something called Wannado City, which sounds like a lot of fun. It's for kids 2 - 15, and they pretend to have jobs, earn money, bank their earnings, etc. I bet firefighter is the most popular career. A good way to spend a snowy day.
Just don't look at the admission price.
(And isn't that a strange name? Wikipedia told me that Xanadu was the summer capital of Kublai Khan's Yuan Dynasty in China. Yeah, I really don't see the connection, either.)

Xanadu was also the name of a extemely strange movie in the 70's starring Olivia Newton-John (capitalizing on her recent success in Grease) about magic and the big city (or something - it was really strange). Maybe that has something to do with it?
Xanadu was the name of Kane's estate in Citizen Kane (modeled on the real life Hearst's Castle).
